Birch Tree Ornament

Personalized ornaments are a great way to show people that you care. I love crafts and creating gifts for others. I saw this idea on Pinterest, and was inspired to make some of my own! I purchased some pre-cut wood slice ornaments, drew out the birch trees with a pencil, and using a wood burning tool etched the outline. I colored in the trees and heart with a white and red sharpie (you can use paint as well). Using the tool I added the initials, and marks on the birch trees. I burned in the heart and date on the back (I’m a firm believer that you have to include these details on your crafts so the grandkids or whoever down the road know who made it!). If you don’t have a wood burning tool you can simply draw/paint the ornament. So easy and satisfying to make! You loved ones will appreciate it!
