Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage

An incredibly delicious and impressive dish that is SO easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 9 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli

  • 8 Tbsp (1 stick) butter

  • 15-20 fresh sage leaves

Directions

  • Boil ravioli until cooked per package directions. Drain.
  • While ravioli is cooking, in a medium saute pan melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Once the butter is melted, continue to cook on medium until it begins to start bubbling.
  • Add the sage leaves, and cook the butter and sage together until the butter browns. Leaves will start to become crispy.
  • Watch closely, and just cook until butter is brown and the sage leaves are cooked/crisp.
  • Pour butter with sage leaves over drained pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheeses and enjoy!!

Notes

  • You can use any type of pasta with the brown butter sage sauce!
