Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 – 8oz block of cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 C finely shredded cheddar cheese

  • 5 oz blue cheese, softened

  • 2 tsp dried minced onion

  • 2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2/3 C chopped pecans

  • 2 Tbsp dried chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

  • With a hand-held mixer, mix the cheeses, onion, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  • Form cheese mixture into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve for up to 3 days. Ideally prepare at least in an hour in advance to allow the flavors to meld a bit. If cold, let sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving.
  • When ready to serve, mix pecans and parsley, and roll ball into it covering completely.
  • Serve with crackers – enjoy!
