A lovely light champagne cocktail perfect for brunch, or a bridal or baby shower!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz maraschino cherry liqueur (like Luxardo)

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3-4 oz champagne

Directions

  • Combine the cherry liqueur and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
  • Pour into a coupe glass and top with champagne.
  • Cheers!

Notes

  • Drop a maraschino cherry into the glass for a festive touch! (and tastes yummy soaked in the drink!)
