Mmmmm …. nothing easier or more refreshing than the classic gin and tonic!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin of choice ( I like Beefeaters, Brokers, Hendricks, but there are lots of good ones out there!)

  • 4 oz tonic water

  • lime wedge

Directions

  • Combine gin and tonic in cocktail glass half filled with ice. Squeeze lime wedge into glass and drop in.
